Your Customers/Students Are Revolting

I just ordered a copy of this book, written by Forrester Research analysts Charlene Li and Josh Bernoff. The book explores the effect of Web 2.0 technologies on businesses. Among the technologies discussed are blogs, wikis and Wikipedia, YouTube, and social networking sites such as MySpace and Facebook. The objective of the authors is to get companies to look at these technologies not as a threat, but as an opportunity.
