The Jawbone Up is a wristband that tracks how much you move and sleep. It syncs with a free companion iPhone app. Here's my sleep from last night. Notice that I didn't fall asleep right away, and I had large periods of "light" sleep. Also notice that I was awake for a significant amount of time before my alarm went off - Rickey the cat was bugging me to eat. I don't think he's adjusted to the time change yet.
