Odds of Licensing WebOS

Good point from the comments to Josh Topolsky's HP: ‘We are not walking away from webOS;’ exclusive details from inside:

Dear OEMs.

We were unable to manage more than a 10% sell through with this OS, but we're confident that you can do better and justify paying us for license fees when you could instead be using Android for free. We continue to believe in WebOS, but not enough to actually use it.
