Funny, yet sad at the same time. I worry where our "news" will be coming from in a couple of years. I suspect it will come from a blogger hunched over his touchpad in his basement, posting his opinions as news.
I agree it is sad, but also a great opportunity. It's more important than ever that our journalism and writing programs re-invent their curricula for the 21st century. That way at least, that "hunched over" blogger you describe will have some standards to work by.
